She has a crush on her co-worker Irie, a tall, reserved boy who also attends the same college. Irie is very formal and polite, to the point where he seems almost unapproachable...yet he seems to magically appear whenever Nobuko needs help.Nobuko is bad with social situations and is terrified of human interaction, so she nurses this crush for a full year, until little things begin to happen which motivate her to take small steps towards him.This is a great first volume of what I hope becomes a wonderful romance series. It’s a grounded, human story about two people who have feelings for each other but don’t quite know what to do about it, but they’re determined to figure it out.Oh, and the art is quite good as well.Highly recommended.
