I've read a number of books on the Silva system. I haven't found any new content or concepts in this book -- it's pretty much the same ideas and anecdotes. If you're already familiar with the Silva method, you may want to pass on this book.The Kindle version of this book that I bought is horribly formatted. Words are broken at the end of lines without hyphenation. The line breaks are too long for the Kindle's screen and are placed haphazardly, so you'll get one full line of text followed by another line with a word or two. This causes the paragraphs to blend together into one long morass of text that is really difficult to read.This book gives the definite impression that a bunch of old ideas were just slapped together with a new book title and put up on Amazon with no regard to quality. There are other, better books on the Silva method out there -- buy one of those.
